Well, how was Easter?
I feel like it was just yesterday!
We, as pastors and staff, work so hard heading towards the biggest weekend of the year.
Please respond to this email and let me know how your Easter service went.
We had a blast! Eight services – two Friday night, two Saturday, then the usual four on Sunday morning. What a thrill. What a high. It’s hard to come down from that, but at the same time feeling like the air has come out of my balloon. Pastor Chad shared a great devotion at staff last week about Elijah running from Jezebel and hiding in a cave after the great victory on Mt Carmel. It’s been a nice cave I have been in for the last few weeks, but it’s time to get back on the horse and charge into battle.
“God is good all the time, and all the time, God is good.” It’s an old saying but so true.
God is faithful on the mountain and in the valley.
God is faithful!
Keep your eye on the prize.
Be loyal to your calling.
Trust in HIS call.
He is faithful.
Love you,
Peter
